Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return some or all of the products purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
Please note that returned products must not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and the labels accompanying the product must be present, exactly as they were when you received it with the retail receipt or invoice. You should still contact us in advance by telephone at 2241041611 (Daily 10:00 - 18:00) or by e-mail at [email protected] for instructions.
If the product you want is not available, we will refund your money or the amount of the purchase of the specific product is credited to your account and can be used for any new order you wish.
For hygiene reasons (cosmetics, perfumes, make-up products, shampoos, conditioners) that have been used or opened are not returned under any circumstances.
In all the above cases, the return costs are borne by the customer.
For the return of a non-defective product the cost of return and reshipment is borne by the customer.
Defective product
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product we will make every effort to replace it with an identical or similar product at no additional cost to you. However, you must inform us by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone at 2241041611 (Daily 10:00 - 18:00) so that we can send you instructions for its return. If the product becomes unavailable, a replacement with an equivalent product can be made upon request or we can refund your money.
The site does not have a warranty policy. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear and tear, misuse and destruction when removing the tags.
Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order please send us an e-mail to [email protected] or call 2241041611 (Daily 10:00 - 18:00). You can cancel your order, if you wish, free of charge, provided that the products have NOT been shipped from our store and within 8 working hours.
