Please note that returned products must not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged; the labels of the product should be intact, exactly as they were when you received the product along with the receipt or invoice. If the corresponding product is not available, we will refund your money or will credit the purchase amount of the specific product to your account and can be used in any new order.
Cosmetics, perfumes, makeup products, shampoos, and conditioners used or opened cannot be returned in any case for hygiene reasons.
In all the above cases, the return costs are borne by the customer.
The cost of return and resend of a non-defective product is borne by the customer.
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged product, we will make every effort to replace it with the same or similar product at no extra cost. If the product is no longer available, it can be replaced with an equivalent product by arrangement or we can refund your money.
The website has no warranty policy. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear, misuse, or damage when removing the labels.
